Organic

Simply stated, organic produce and other ingredients are grown without the use of pesticides, synthetic fertilizers, sewage sludge, genetically modified organisms, or ionizing radiation. Animals that produce meat, poultry, eggs, and dairy products do not take antibiotics or growth hormones.

What do these things mean exactly?

Vegan

A vegan diet (V diet) is one that consists of only plant-derived foods. Vegans don’t use or consume any animals or animal products including flesh (land or sea animals), milk, eggs, or honey.

Yellowdot hot sauce is created with organic vegetables, lime juice, and vinegar.
It contains no grains, sugar, meat or dairy byproducts, preservatives or fillers.

Gluten Free

A gluten-free diet (GF diet) is a diet that excludes foods containinggluten. Gluten is a protein composite found in wheat (including kamut and spelt), barley, rye and triticale. A gluten-free diet is the only medically accepted treatment for celiac disease.

Paleo

The Paleo Diet is if a caveman couldn't eat it, neither can you. This means anything we could hunt or find – meats, fish, nuts, leafy greens, regional veggies, and seeds. In yellowdot, vinegar is considered one of several “grey area” foods—those that are not strictly Paleo, but have been widely adopted by those following a Paleo lifestyle in a modern age. Grouped with Paleo-acceptable additions like lacto-fermented vegetables, raw butter, bee pollen and magnesium supplements, vinegar is sanctioned as “legal” and enjoyable by many Paleo followers as a source of support and to add variety to their other food choices.
